SHIPPING & RETURNS

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: We endeavor to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days. Please allow extra time for processing during peak seasons and holidays.

  • Operating Days: Packaging and shipping is done Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday.

  • Expedited Processing: Should you require faster processing, kindly contact us prior to ordering to make sure this is an option we can accommodate. We strive to accommodate such requests but cannot assure this will always be possible

Domestic Shipping Policy

  • Free Shipping: Free shipping is offered on all orders at this time. 

  • Shipping Confirmation & Tracking: You'll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is dispatched. Tracking information might take up to 48 hours to update.

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If a package is lost or damaged during transit, contact us at famwake@outlook.com. We will do our best to replace the item(s) based on availability and the specifics of the situation.

  • Missing or Stolen Packages: Unfortunately, we cannot replace items missing or stolen post-delivery, as indicated by proof of delivery.

Important Shipping Notices

  • Geographical Limitations: We currently ship exclusively within the contiguous United States. Shipping to Canada or other international destinations is not available at this time.

  • Attention to Delivered Products: Most of our products are sensitive and require prompt attention upon delivery, especially due to temperature sensitivity. To ensure the integrity of your purchase, please arrange for your items to be quickly brought indoors or delivered to a location where they can be immediately attended to.

Product Sensitivity and Care

  • Heat Sensitivity: Please be aware that your purchase may be sensitive to heat. Exposure to high temperatures during transit can affect the product's condition. While we take all precautions to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition, we advise that packages be opened and products stored correctly upon receipt.

Returns Policy

  • Returns & Exchanges: If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order details and reason for return at famwake@outlook.com.

  • Final Sale Items: Please note that sale items, discontinued products, and gift cards are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
